BRUNEI BY NIGHT TOUR (D)

- ETA. Arrival in Brunei. Meet and greet by local tour guide. Transfer and check-in to your hotel.

Explore Brunei by Night Tour includes a savoury local dinner and a tour of the amazing capital, Bandar Seri Begawan with photo stops at 2 iconic mosques - Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque and Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. Visit a local night market. Stroll through the market where you will be amazed to see many rows of stalls selling a wide range of local delicacies.

9.30pm: Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Full Day City Tour (BLD) 

08:00 breakfast at the hotel  

09:00 Full Day city tour. The route will pass by the Lapau - a royal ceremonial hall where HM the Sultan was crowned as the 29th Sultan of Brunei in 1968. Next to the Lapau, is the old parliament house, known as Dewan Majlis. We make a brief stop at a local traditional market known as Tamu Kianggeh - situated on the banks of Kianggeh River. We continue on to the Malay Technology Museum to look at the past on how boatmaking, metal working and gold smithing was done.

- Next will be the Tomb of Sultan Bolkiah, the 5th Sultan of Brunei, whose reign was the Golden Age of Brunei, located in the Royal Regalia Museum. We visit Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque.

- After lunch at a local restaurant, you will explore Kampong Ayer with your local guide. Known as the "Venice of the East", it is one of the largest water village in South East Asia. This stretch of settlement on stilts is a must visit for any tourists in Brunei. Start with a scenic boat ride before taking a walk along wooden paths and bridges and complete your experience by paying a visit to one of the local houses where traditional cakes and tea will be served. 

- Visit the majestic Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque. Step into the world of Islamic architecture and visit Brunei Mosque, a true masterpiece of design and engineering. Take in the breathtaking beauty of this magnificent structure and its surroundings. To end the tour, we visit Nurul Iman Palace, the official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, a Guiness book of record for the world's largest living residence of a head of state.

*Non Muslims are not allowed to enter the mosques on Thursdays and Fridays and religious festivals.

9.30pm Transfer back to hotel.
